Game pauses during loading phases even though it wasn't needed before.
So lately I've experienced some stuttering problems while playing games. It's not about the frame rate dropping, but rather a stuttering issue that appears only when loading new areas. When I'm in a loaded section and then switch to something new—like moving around in open worlds or trying a different character or weapon—the game briefly stutters before returning to normal. This happens even in games with low graphics settings, such as Genshin Impact, when I switch characters or enter new areas. My computer isn't very powerful, but it seems this isn't due to low processing power since games that used to stutter are now doing so again, regardless of graphics demands.
My GPU, CPU, and motherboard temperatures are all quite low, not even close to 100%, and my CPU is around 52% while the GPU is about 60%. Both are at roughly 30 °C. I'm using a Sandisk SSD, and all the hard drive health monitors indicate it's functioning properly at 100%. I have 16 GB of RAM, but it's mixed—one stick is 800 MHz and another is 1200 MHz, which makes me think this might be contributing to the problem, though I'm not sure.
There is currently 160 GB remaining due to the download of Cyberpunk; previously it offered 200 GB, but games were still loading.
