I recently purchased a game for my first PC. When I try to boot it up, it requires an update and then fails to start. Initially, it shows a Steam Cloud synchronization prompt, but after that nothing happens. I've closed Steam in Task Manager, uninstalled it, reinstalled, but the issue persists. The game is Psychonauts. My PC specs are: Ryzen 7 5700G, Gigabyte B550 M.2, Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR4 8GB x2 at 3200MHz, Kingston PCIe Gen 4 M.2 SSD, and Windows 11 Home.

Are there additional popups during game launch? Other Steam titles function properly. Consider turning off cloud sync or using offline mode to test.
