Game not found, need assistance!
I downloaded FIFA 15 from the origin store online last night. After playing it, I encountered an issue—Origin asked for a key to activate the game, but I didn’t receive one. They never send keys for any game. I received an email saying thank you for my order, but there was no key included. Now I’m waiting on live chat for help, which has been going on about 30 minutes. Do you know what’s happening? Also, here’s the link: http://www.pcgamer.com/origin-users-repo...-accounts/
I understand your concern, but I’m not sure how to proceed. I tried playing the game, but I’m unsure what to do next. Should I request a refund? It seems riskier to buy a key from a third-party site and redeem it later.
Click the game in the original section, then view its details. The product code is listed as XXXXXXXXXX. It seems the payment didn’t go through, possibly because your payment method lacked sufficient funds.
Snickerzz You mentioned having money on your credit card and that you played a game recently. It seems the game is no longer available in Origin. I understand how to check for a key if it's in your account, but I’m curious if it’s exclusive to Origin or if it can be obtained through another order. JohnnyGrey I don’t get why "from out of blue" isn’t included either. When I checked my order history now, I saw an error: Operation failed, please try again later. WT... this EA/Origin doesn’t seem right.
I tried to chat online, but it seemed like there was an issue. They told me I need to purchase the game again. I’ll wait for my payment but might buy a key from G2Play later. Not from Origin, please!
There was an issue with BF3's launch when their servers faced heavy traffic, causing payment verification problems. They had to provide bank statements and ID to Origin support, which was resolved after some time. The team initially doubted the explanation.
