Occasionally, when games are displayed in full-screen mode, my frame rate is limited to 60 frames per second, despite my having configured a higher refresh rate for my monitor when using borderless windowed mode. I’ve explored the various versusync settings, but everything related to this feature appears to be disabled. Do you have any suggestions for how I can achieve a frame rate exceeding 60 while playing in full-screen?

Specifications:
AMD RX580
8GB RAM
R5 1600
60Hz Monitor
