When the game starts, it loads quickly and transitions into a slightly reduced border view. During these moments, frame rates drop to around 55-60 FPS, though normal launches give smoother performance at 70+ FPS. The issue persists across previous versions too. I’m running an R5 1600 non-OEM with GTX750ti, using the latest drivers (388.31) on Windows 10 Pro build 1709/16299.19-Mak.
