Game launch fails when the system runs longer than a short time.
I recently assembled my PC two weeks ago and have faced these problems after several BIOS and driver updates. Whenever the machine has been running longer than five minutes before I start a game or if I close the application, I encounter DirectX or Vulkan errors, which don’t resolve. Restarting helps temporarily, allowing the system to function normally for most tasks, though crashes still occur occasionally. After shutting it down and trying again, it often restarts itself without issues. However, when I attempt to launch it later, it fails consistently. The situation seems tied to older graphics drivers—DirectX 10 or 11/12 aren’t working—and sometimes the wallpaper engine also stops after about ten to fifteen minutes, claiming DirectX 10 is faulty. I’ve reinstalled drivers multiple times across different versions, but nothing fixes the issue. I upgraded from Windows 10 to 11, then back to 11 again, and adjusted BIOS settings without success. My hardware specs are: Radeon 7900xtx, Ryzen 7700x, MSI Pro B650p, Wi-Fi, BIOS version 7D78v175 (beta), using Gskill, 32GB DDR5, 6000MHz, Crucial P5 Plus, 2TB PCIe Gen4 SSD with Corsair 850W PSU.
