F5F Stay Refreshed Hardware Desktop game keeps stopping unexpectedly

I purchased the Microsoft Flight Simulator from Saturn.de, downloaded it, but it doesn’t launch. I was offered a choice between Safe Mode and Normal Mode, so I selected Safe Mode, but it still fails to start and crashes.

I attempted everything, but when I say everything I mean the full version. I reached out and followed all the steps, yet it only installs 2GB and then crashes when I start it.
