He’s experiencing issues with Battlefield 4 on his AMD FX 6350 using a GTX 650 TI. When he starts the game, the loading circle appears but nothing loads. He’s tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, including running the game as an administrator. I’ve assisted with similar problems before but haven’t found a solution. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Is it a rotating loading screen you're seeing? I'm not sure if it appears at any specific time or location in the game.

It runs on Windows 7 when he double-clicks the icon. Origin lights up but does nothing. He also attempted to join a game from BattleLog, but received an error message about connection issues.

It could be that his firewall or antivirus is preventing the connection. Has he verified this using the Admin's Panel? Additionally, confirm that earlier connection attempts were fully terminated by opening the Task Manager and closing the process for the executable of BF3/4.

Check the game icon? Consider launching either MP or SP through battlelog instead. As BF series titles lack in-game menus from BF3 onward, clicking the icon should open Origin plus a browser with battlelog.

He has attempted fixing the installation and restarting it. Occasionally, it requires a reset.
