Hey everyone, I'm facing some problems with my new PC. When playing certain games, the screen goes black and it restarts. After some checks, I learned others with the same motherboard have the same issue and were advised to change the PCIe interface from Gen4 to Gen3 in the BIOS. This should fix it, but switching to Gen3 (PCIe 3.0) didn't make a difference. When I open GPU-Z, it still shows the interface as Gen4 (4.0). I've updated the BIOS already, but it still doesn't work. My motherboard is an Aorus Z490 Master GPU, paired with an Aorus RTX 3070 and an Intel i9 10900K. I really need your advice—how can I force the PCIe to be in version 3.0? Thanks for your help!

Outdated or corrupted graphics card drivers can cause a black screen. Consider updating or reinstalling the drivers to fix the problem. Ensure you use the most recent version, and if the error persists after updating, revert or reinstall the driver.

it's likely your motherboard is the problem, but you should also check your PSU—blacking out and rebooting can indicate a PSU issue
