Everything changed in a big way. The GPU, RAM, HDD, etc. remained the same, but the monitor and the cable were different.

And I tried a few more games, then I used Asus GPU Tweak to see and track the clock speed. While playing it, the speed was around 1300 MHz, but it quickly dropped to about 135 MHz. That seems normal.

It seems the build is almost complete, with just a few remaining steps. Could you tell me what type of monitor you're using? Also, what's the model number—year, make, and model details are optional for now.

Have you checked if all the drivers for your GPU or CPU are current and functioning well? How long has this issue persisted?
