This occurs when you overlook the instructions.
When I drafted the GPU/DDU guide, did I ever state that it needs to be done in Safe Mode? No, I didn't.
What I did was check if you've completed testing in Safe Mode.
Safe Mode typically turns off third-party applications and generally prevents installations. It's meant to run only the Win kernel for troubleshooting. If problems persist in Safe Mode, they likely stem from third-party software loaded normally.
So, perform the DDU when you're booted into the standard operating system.
So far everything is working well, though I encountered a new issue on my second monitor connected via HDMI. It briefly goes black and then restarts, displaying HDMI 1920x1080 at 60Hz. This happens randomly. My main monitor uses DisplayPort, while the second is an older Insignia TV with 44 inches. Previously there were no problems, but now I experience random frame drops during gameplay or when streaming Discord and playing games, especially under high CPU load. There hasn't been a black screen crash since the DDU uninstallation and driver reinstallation.
I ran DDU, reinstalled the video driver via Windows Update, and then updated the latest video driver. I also replaced my old HDMI cable with a new one. The flickering was previously an issue when using HDMI 2 on the TV, but switching to HDMI 1 resolved it so far.
CPU usage is at 100% when the first descendant opens, streaming in Chrome and sending my screen to Discord. In real life, it drops to 68-78% CPU. The GPU usage ranges from 17-30%.

Well, no one replied in a few days, so here’s the latest update.
My Second Monitor 44 connected via HDMI keeps randomly shutting off and restarting. I tried switching it to the second slot but the problem persists. Sometimes when it goes black, there’s a static noise. I bought a new HDMI cable and ordered another PSU Corsair 850W, but I have to wait a few days. I’m unsure if it’s my graphics card. I managed to play the game while streaming on the second monitor, but then the black screen started on that display instead of the main one. It tends to happen frequently—either in minutes or hours—and sometimes it appears even when I’m not playing a game.
This issue isn’t limited to game loading; it also occurs during simple tasks like pressing Alt + Tab or clicking an app, and it doesn’t happen every time. On the main display, there are no problems.
I’ve shared the current event viewer here:

In Reliability History, there are no errors or warnings in the past two days, but Event Viewer displays Errors.
When the screen turns black, attempt this:
Press the Windows key and then Ctrl plus Shift plus B on your keyboard.
Check if the image appears again.
Reminder: this combination might not function while playing a game.
I will attempt to ensure the image always appears, as it seems to reconnect smoothly rather than staying black.
Last night I observed a static sound or crack during reconnection, along with brief static lines that appeared and disappeared with crackling, but this wasn't consistent.
:/
UPDATE:
I unplugged HDMI from the video card and re-plugged it, and there have been no issues in the past few hours.
