You may enter Safe Mode with Networking activated to regain internet access. After that, open your web browser or Discord and attempt streaming to check if the screen becomes black again. In this mode, GPU drivers are not utilized; instead, the system uses default Windows drivers, which can result in lower resolution. Additionally, game playback won't work in safe mode, though streaming and troubleshooting should still be possible. Retry safe mode and try your best to reproduce the problem there. If the issue persists and the system functions normally, it's likely caused by third-party software—such as GPU drivers—which is typically disabled in safe mode.
The CPU and GPU temperatures during the usual tasks leading up to the issue remain consistent.

So, should we skip testing in Safe Mode?
Also, it seems there might be problems with the GPU drivers, along with other software issues.
Attempting to resolve the GPU driver problem:
1. Obtain the latest GPU driver (if you're using the newest version, just download the installer). Manual search is sufficient; no need for GeForce Experience.

2. Download DDU. Link: https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-...-download/
3. Uninstall the GPU drivers.
4. Restart the PC.
5. Run DDU and remove all remaining GPU drivers.
6. Restart the PC again.
7. Install fresh GPU drivers.
This process will completely reset the GPU drives. It could potentially solve your issue. Try it if it works. If it doesn’t, you may need additional software-based troubleshooting steps.
I cleaned up my Nvidia Driver and reinstalled today, and everything seems fine so far. I attempted to stream gameplay via Discord while playing, with no major problems except occasional frame drops, which turned out to be a Discord issue I addressed by checking the experimental option. My friend confirmed it worked well. It feels like I had to remove and reinstall the driver twice before it functioned properly again. Thank you for your assistance so far.
I didn't perform the DDU, I only carried out a clean installation twice... I was planning to check for problems but haven't had time. Should I uninstall and reinstall again, or attempt to recreate the issue first before proceeding with the DDU?
It wouldn't hurt to try the DDU as well, because it's uncertain if the GPU can be salvaged the third time. Bad or corrupt drivers might harm the GPU, such as affecting the VRAM. The only solution would be replacing the GPU.
So, do you want to take the risk?
Replacing the GPU isn't difficult, though it will cost a lot. However, DDU doesn't require any expense. It should take about 5-10 minutes.
I started in Safe mode with Network settings to attempt installing DDU, but nothing downloaded and there was no audio. I can't open Discord in Safe mode either—it's unresponsive. I've searched online but can't post anything in Safe Mode with Network.
Today I experienced another crash while playing a game on the main screen while watching a stream on another monitor. The screen didn’t go black, and the fans didn’t make noise. The game froze completely, and the stream played fine on the other screen. When I tried to use the mouse, it wouldn’t appear. I used Control + Alt + Delete to open Task Manager, manually shut down the game, and then the mouse appeared briefly but couldn’t click anything. After restarting in Safe mode, I used the DDU Uninstaller to remove the video driver, restarted, and tried running the Video Driver again. It said it couldn’t because another driver was active. I saw a Windows Update for the Nvidia Display driver, which I installed, then downloaded the video driver from the Nvidia website for my 2080 Ti and performed a clean install.
