This is your initial PC setup and I've encountered some problems lately with certain games. You're experiencing a strange stutter where characters seem to jump at tiny delays, especially when graphical settings are set to their absolute minimum and maximum. It's happening on the lowest and highest configurations. I'm not sure what to do and it seems like no one else has faced this issue before.
I've used a 60Hz TV before and an 18-inch 60Hz monitor for a long time, so it feels like my current display might be too capable now. Could it be that the monitor isn't picking up these small details? Are you experiencing low frame rates or high stutter when running these titles?
I've checked my specs and internet speed, and everything seems to be within normal ranges. Have you tried adjusting your graphics settings or trying a different monitor? Let me know what you try!
1. Copy the listed registry value between the brackets [ 0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583 ].
2. Choose your start button.
3. In the search box, enter ‘regedit’ and press enter.
4. Open the Registry Editor, then click ‘Edit’ followed by ‘Find…’.
5. Paste the registry key into the provided field and select ‘Find’.
6. After it finds it, locate the entries on the right labeled MinValue and MaxValue.
7. Double-click each value to confirm they are set to ‘0’.
8. Click ‘Edit’ again and search for the next one.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for all entries until complete.
10. Close the Registry Editor and restart your computer.
11. Core Parking should now be turned off.
