Hey, I see you've been dealing with some persistent hiccups while gaming, especially in CSGO. Even though you've upgraded to new hardware—i7 6700K, GTX 1080, and 16GB RAM—it seems the issue started before those changes. Your Windows 10 is fresh, all drives are wiped, and your SSD appears to be functioning properly, but your SSD and HDD are slowing down with gaps in performance tests. The only thing that hasn't changed is your SSD, yet it's showing similar issues to your HDD. Could both drives be faulty? Also, all your games are installed on the SSD. Let me know if you need further guidance!

You didn't need to reinstall anything, did you?

I shared it in the storage area, but I think that’s not the right spot because it’s more related to gaming. It’s a brand new Windows install with all the drivers updated. I’ve tried this several times, but some issues still occur.

I checked the disk using CrystalDiskInfo. The read and seek errors don’t seem linked to the gameplay issues you mentioned.

You typically configure settings for VSNCYC, adjusting options like project structure, build configurations, and integration preferences.

I've tested vsync both on and off. It doesn't matter. Now it's running smoothly at 144 FPS in CSGO until the HDD loses stability, then it drops to around 130 FPS or less and quickly recovers to 144 FPS.

All information is current. This also occurred with my previous setup. According to what was mentioned earlier, the only part that hasn't been altered is the hard drives.

I completed all disk formatting when setting up Windows. Every drive was prepared before the installation began.
