Over several days I've experienced issues with ARK and Warframe. The main trouble occurs when launching the game or switching to single or server mode, where it freezes after a short time. To stop it, I need to close the application using Task Manager, which usually happens when the settings are on epic or high levels. While playing, I noticed in the task manager that GPU usage spikes significantly—often reaching 40% to 100%—before freezing completely. Once I lowered the graphics settings and capped the FPS at 60, the game froze much less frequently. What might be causing this behavior?

psu-Seasonic Prime Ultra 850W 80 Plus Titanium.
Temperatures stay between 50-60°C for the CPU and 60-70°C for the GPU.
GPU usage is around 30-40%, CPU about 20-30%.
The readings are stable since I monitor them during various games.
The freezing problem was resolved by limiting to 60 FPS.

the freezing process is unpredictable, sometimes it takes long periods without freezing and other times it freezes quickly multiple times. This inconsistency can be due to various factors.
