Hello, I've been facing some difficulties with my computer. It was purchased during Christmas 2023 and initially functioned properly for about a month. Then, the screen would freeze during gameplay. After replacing the RAM, the problem improved slightly. However, after two to three months, it began freezing again, suspecting overheating or temperature issues. By May 2024, the issue resolved itself. It operated normally for two months until summer brought recurring freezes during gameplay. I sent it to a technician who managed to fix it, but upon returning, the problem persisted. I attempted troubleshooting by playing games with just one controller and switching RAM sticks, which temporarily stopped the freezes for a couple of weeks. After installing two 8GB RAM modules, blue screens disappeared, but the monitor still froze mid-game. I've tried changing the GPU or RAM, yet nothing resolved the issue.
