Hello, one of my friends who isn’t very tech-savvy is facing strange freezing issues with their game. We’ve tried changing the drive, updating the drivers, all the obvious solutions. He’s using an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 with an Radeon rx 580 series card, which runs on a desktop built by HP (OMEN model). The problem occurs across many games, from Overwatch to Minecraft. Any advice would be greatly appreciated; please forgive any mistakes in this post—I’m just starting the forum. Thanks!

Update the GPU drivers, refresh the BIOS/firmware/software, and scan for malware.
