Hey everyone, I've been experiencing problems with Rocket League lately. When someone sends me a message on Steam, my FPS stays normal but the game feels sluggish. As long as the Steam overlay is active, it keeps happening until I close the chat or invite through the shift menu. This issue also shows up when I watch videos on YouTube or Twitch on my second monitor. I've tried a few small fixes, but I'm not sure what's causing it. It started after I upgraded my PC recently. I'm using an ASUS monitor at 144Hz with Rocket Locks set to 250 max, which usually works most of the time. HELP!!!
