I've been dealing with a persistent stutter in an online game. I've tried various fixes such as graphics adjustments, updated drivers, and new hardware, but nothing resolved the issue. Recently, I realized the problem aligns with spikes in the task manager on the ethernet section—specifically, the 'Send' line showing an interval and then dropping, which coincides with when the stutter happens.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Did you use DDU to remove your GPU drivers before manually reinstalling with the latest driver?
