Yep, everything's fresh and up to date. If by buffering you meant stuttering or lagging, then so be it!

The internet speed is really slow because most things just take too long to start working. Apps don't finish loading fast at all. But the Wi-Fi connection itself is not bad; it's quite strong even if the internet is sluggish.

this is a weird suggestion, but have you tried to disable fastboot both on power plan settings (try to find it, its not on the power plans but on the menu there) and disable fast boot on bios? my friend does have the same issues as you yesterday with addition of blackscreen and hella stutters on game (6800H + RTX 3050), but once he disable it cause hes curious, it does fix all of them some how.. prolly try it yourself. also try to retrim your ssd on cmd as admin with this: defrag (your ssd volume for example C: ) /l /u /v then do the same but /o /u /v, and reboot.

I'm sorry for taking so long to reply, and thank you for sticking with me! I already had fast start turned off in the power plan settings, and I will turn off fast boot on my BIOS right after I post this. To make sure we understand each other just like you do: should I run defrag C:/l /u /v and then defrag C:/o /u /v? Is that okay? Also, I already asked a question here on Reddit, and someone there told me to reinstall Windows if the above steps don't work. Should I try that too just in case?

yes, it is just for retrimming, probably won't help but should try. if your drive/ssd is only on C: then just do C:, if there are any other volumes then do to those other volume names. if you have a hard disk then do /d /o /u /v and all done.

I tried giving it another shot but didn't see much change. I think I'll switch things up and do a brand new Windows 10 installation. Hope that solves the problem. If not, the warranty might still help me out.
