Hey, I invested in a new PC with those specifications: RTX 4070 Ti, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, ASRock Ripstop B650, 32GB RAM, Trifent Z5 Neo, and an 850W power supply. At first, everything seemed fine. After the opening cutscene in Hogwarts Legacy, the game stopped working. Once I exited the cave, it crashed. After two attempts, I encountered a black screen where only the mouse cursor remained visible. Later, I also got a blue screen, but I couldn’t resolve the issue. Minecraft crashes too when using a shader. I tested my old GPU on the motherboard, but no output appeared. Also, the RAM shows 4200MHz instead of the expected 6000MHz. Sorry for the English mistakes, hope you understand.
The RTX 40 offers this feature, while the older model does not.
Additionally, the entire configuration is brand new, not limited to just the RTX component.
If resetting the CMOS doesn’t resolve the issue, consider a clean Windows installation to see if you can access the display. Verify that all monitor cables are securely connected. I experienced occasional problems with my monitor because the DP cable and power cord weren’t fully attached. Once basic checks are done, I’d swap components if I had spares to test. Try a new PSU to help diagnose the problem. Also, test with just one RAM stick to determine if that resolves the issue. My GPU wouldn’t work due to a faulty PSU, so check your power cables to the GPU to ensure it receives adequate power.
