purchased Skyrim on Steam some time ago during a sale with DLCs. I installed it and attempted to run it, but it consistently crashes right after the Skyrim dragon logo appears, regardless of whether DLCs are present or not. Even after reinstalling twice, the issue persists. The support team isn’t responding, but since it’s not a new release, I’m not too surprised. What should I do?

It happened to me too—I just kept restarting the game and the computer. Eventually, I could play with mods, but still faced bugs. Thanks for supporting Bethesda!

Have you attempted to find missing files? Occasionally this occurs with Skyrim. Also, no changes made to the ini files.
