Hello, I saw your PC acting strangely while gaming—random crashes, black screen, fans spinning fast, but no POST or display. It only works after you manually shut it down and restart. RAM tests with MemTest showed no issues. Your GPU and CPU ran smoothly for over 30 minutes. The power supply seems new, so that’s probably not the problem. Your CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and GPU a Radeon 6700XT. Anyone have suggestions?

Don't take anything for granted. Identify the model first. Open the event viewer, sort by warnings, errors, or critical alerts, and check for any codes that could guide you. Run DDU to reinstall the graphics driver.

I would also consider a power supply problem.

Hello. The logs show no issues at all. I ran a DDU in safemode, updated the drivers, and used the suggested ones. After reinstalling Windows 10 and 11, the problem persisted. My PSU is a Thermaltake ToughPower GrandSeries with an 850Watt rating.

It would be unusual for a typical new power supply to be this powerful. My PSU: Thermaltake ToughPower GrandSeries RGB 850Watt

Check for a software update to improve stability. If no changes appear in the event log, it may indicate a hardware issue or overheating problem.

Bios is current and temperatures look normal. I’m considering a motherboard problem.

It might be MB, PSU, or CPU—at this stage it's hard to pinpoint anything definitive except trying different options until it functions properly.

This suggests an issue with the system model. It raises the concern of whether the PC behaved abnormally prior to the PSU replacement.

It only began occurring recently... I didn’t realize I should have mentioned something. I added 16GB more RAM to my PC a couple of days ago, and after that, issues started—bluescreens, crashes, etc. I took it out, but the problems kept coming. I cleared the CMOS and reinstalled Windows, but they’re still happening. I’m wondering if there’s a faulty motherboard or CPU, though I don’t have any to test. They’re also not cheap.
