Hello,
I just installed a computer and downloaded a game to play, but it would freeze during loading and then vanish from the screen. At that time I couldn't see it in the task manager, though it looked as if it was running on the Epic Games Launcher. Additionally, the manager reported "not responding" errors when I checked the performance tab. This issue also occurred with another game after I removed the previous one and started using this new one. Anyone know what I should try?
Components: ryzen 5 7600, rx 6750 xt, 32gb ddr5 6000mhz
Another point I should mention is that all other parts of the computer appear to function normally, but it's only when the games experience this glitch that everything else starts to malfunction, such as the task manager.
