It seems your game loaded quickly but then froze unexpectedly. The crash happened after a short loading time, followed by a black screen and a message from Ubisoft. Check your system resources, update your game and drivers, and ensure you have enough RAM. If the issue persists, try restarting your PC or using a different game to rule out conflicts.
Check your files first. If that doesn’t work, remove and reinstall. Still missing updates for the newest drivers or a fresh setup.

Not entirely confident about uPlay unless you try it first briefly—it’s possible. After installing the driver, selecting the custom install option usually offers a clean setup. I’ve resolved some issues I faced with Siege.
It seems you're experiencing some uncertainty. I'm seeing similar problems with FarCry as well.
