I can begin it, but loading a map isn't possible at the moment. That's the only issue right now.

Check the game cache or reinstall the entire game. Does it only fail when you attempt actions beyond just waiting in menus?

I own an R7 370 with the Radeon driver 16.6 and 16 GB RAM, running Windows 10 smoothly, and I’m able to play LOL and most other games without any issues.
