It needs the right MIC for Ryzen. I haven't encountered Hynix FJR on Corsair RAM before, so I'm unsure. These problems are typical with Ryzen systems—shutdowns, restarts, crashes, black screens. I've seen all of them.

Consider upgrading your RAM and PSU first. A motherboard might be an option later if needed.

The PSU is fine. The RM750 works well for 2019 or 2021 models. Verify the RAM by looking at the motherboard's QVL. Make sure to confirm the RAM version first.
