50% of the kits with that part number cause issues with Ryzen. The version number is key as it indicates the MIC Corsair used in your memory kit. If you prefer not to replace the cooler, you can test the MIC with Thaiphoon Burner. Please share a screenshot of the readings in this discussion.

You're checking for specific measurements. "Bad" means something isn't meeting the expected standards or performance.

Each iteration uses a distinct memory IC. Certain versions of that specific part number don't function reliably with Ryzen.

My specifications are based on the RAM I quoted myself for.

Never encountered Hynix FJR in Corsair RAM. Verify the label on the RAM. The model is 5.3x. Likely Corsair releases every version bundled with 5.32, which isn't ideal for Ryzen unless it's Z3600C18. (You own D3600C18)

No, the D3600C18 is not bad. It performs well and meets expectations.

It seems odd that all your peripherals shut down during the crash, suggesting a possible PSU issue. You're unsure whether to replace the PSU, RAM, or both—consider which component might be more affected.
