I recently purchased this PC but whenever I attempt to launch a game or run benchmarks, it freezes or crashes. I've tried reinstalling the drivers using DDU, but the issue persists. Anyone have suggestions to resolve this? The specs are 9800x3d, 9070, XT Corsair RM850E.

I’d reach out to the seller or retailer where you purchased it and request their help before making any changes. It would still be covered under warranty if it’s a new item. Something seems off, and you shouldn’t have to troubleshoot or repair it yourself. At the very least, leave a note with them or send an email so they’re aware of the issue.

I’ll handle that. Just wondering if there’s a simple solution available, in case it helps.

Consider trying to reposition the GPU and its power cables, though this could cancel any warranty if you purchased it from a retailer or company. We’re unsure of the problem without more testing, so it might be a simple adjustment or a component that needs replacement.

It's late, around 3 AM, so I can't assist with the issue right now. I'll be back tomorrow.

Replace the RAM, reinstall the GPU, verify that all cables are securely connected properly. Unless it's a brand-new unit under warranty, I wouldn't go much further—unless you're really sure.
