Recently over the past few weeks my computer freezes unexpectedly when I attempt to play games. After a fresh Windows installation and downloading Fortnite, the problem persists. All component drivers are updated, yet the crashes continue. I've also installed the latest firmware for each part, but the issue remains unresolved. My system specs include an ASUS ROG B-550 F gaming board, AMD Ryzen 5 5600 X CPU, MSI GAMING X TRIO 3070, 4x 8GB DDR4 RAM, Samsung storage drives, and a high-wattage PSU.

When it freezes or crashes, it shows signs like application failure but remains usable. You might open Task Manager to close it forcefully. If it locks softly, only a shutdown via power button works. In the most severe case, it locks hard, leaving you with no choice but to turn off the device using the reset and power buttons.

I need to know whether you should pack the entire zip archive or just the KernelDumpList. I'm unsure if the current method is correct and I'm still processing the files. The Resource and Performance Monitor took about 15 minutes, so it hasn't finished yet, which means I can't add it to the zip. The KernelDumpList shows no matching files in either directory. I also have a screenshot of the zipped contents for reference.

Well, it’s okay—they do provide some value.
