While playing games, my PC frequently crashes or displays a blue screen. This occurs only with fully installed games on the C drive (such as Minecraft) or when saving files on the C drive. The startup is slow, and the login screen displays a spinning circle for 5 to 10 seconds. My setup includes a 500 GB SSD (Crucial MX500, replacing the previous 128 GB SanDisk) and a 1 TB HDD (name unknown). I recently changed the drive on April 28th and performed a clone, yet the problems persist. It seems either the drive is damaged or my system may be corrupted. A scan was conducted, but no issues were detected. The error codes shown after the drive change are: "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" and "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT-LESS-OR-EQUAL".

Are these problems related to the driver or memory? Have you performed a clean installation of Windows?

Initially I performed a fresh installation on Crucial BX480, but after some time the games began to crash, often resulting in blue screens and longer loading times. I switched the drive to Crucial MB500 and made a data clone, yet the problem persisted.

The problem remains unresolved, but with a backup in place, I recommend performing a full OS reinstall from scratch. If it doesn’t work, conduct hardware diagnostics such as MemTest86, and remove outdated display drivers using DDU before reinstalling.
