Begin by checking your setup: Windows 11 version 22H2, Ryzen 9 7900 with 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM at 4800MHZ, RTX 3080 graphics. When you open FH4, the splash appears and memory usage spikes until the game crashes. You also experience crashes that force a hard reset via power button. In Event Viewer you can review crash details. You've tried many fixes—SFC scan, reinstalling Microsoft VC++, updating .NET framework, refreshing graphics drivers, and checking for conflicting software—but nothing resolved it. What could be causing this? Consider system instability from RAM or GPU conflicts, or outdated drivers.

I've discovered similar comments about memory issues causing crashes. The solution involved updating the latest NVIDIA driver; previous versions worsened the problem. Have you tried using the ddu tool followed by reinstalling the newest driver? Also, is the page file feature turned on?

I recently attempted to remove and reinstall graphics drivers using DDU, but it didn’t work. I confirmed the page file is active. Appreciate the suggestions!

Yes, I've resolved it. The same issue occurs with similar specifications (32GB RAM, 4070). Let me know if you need further help!

For those who came across this, removing TargetHardwareProfiler.dll from the game folder resolved the issue.
