Where to begin? I've been playing Star Wars Battlefront for a while without issues, except yesterday. I launched the game fine. Then I joined multiplayer and picked a 12-player match. As soon as I customized my character, the screen went dark. Ctrl+Alt+Delete didn't help, and the power button also failed. I had to force shut down my computer. Possible causes: earlier in-game warning about a bad connection, fast internet (250+ Mbps) with low latency, and my system had 6GB RAM originally but now only 4GB in a single channel. It might not meet the requirements. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Start with the RAM and check if the system boots. Also, confirm if any components have been overclocked.

Star Wars Battlefront 2015 needs a compatible CPU like Intel Core i3-6300T or better. Requires 8 GB of RAM and runs on 64-bit Windows 7 or newer. Video card must be NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or ATI Radeon HD 7850 with at least 2 GB of video memory. Make sure you have enough free disk space—at least 40 GB available.

You're experiencing memory issues because your system only has 4GB RAM, which is below the required 8GB. Running on 6GB might be acceptable but isn't ideal, and it's likely you'll face crashes soon. A 4GB configuration would probably lead to instability.

Hey team! It looks like the RAM might be the issue. I’ll definitely try reinstalling it! No need to worry about anything being overclocked.
