Game crashed with a black screen and audio after approximately 45 minutes of play.
After approximately 45 minutes of gaming, my monitor displays a black screen with audio. I am unable to access Task Manager or perform any actions, however the game continues to play audibly. I have recently updated my graphics card drivers and do not use any overclocking settings, with temperatures consistently remaining below 65°C as monitored by CAM for both my CPU and GPU. This is my inaugural custom-built PC, a project I carefully researched and assembled, and I am disappointed that it’s experiencing this issue during its initial use. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What are the CPU and GPU temperatures during gameplay?
I will review everything and respond to you once I’ve finished my workday. Thank you.
Employ Ryzen Master to observe your processor's temperatures.
Alternatively, you can utilize HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner for GPU monitoring.
Temperatures reached 93°F for the CPU and 128°F for the GPU while running The Sims 4.
Temperatures are within acceptable limits, and are all drivers current?
Is this linked to the power supply unit?
