The new Metal Gear Delta crashes during the scene where you go to save Sokolov in the house. When the movie begins with Snake locating him on the bridge, the game freezes and doesn’t display that moment, then it crashes after a short time. This issue isn’t limited to Metal Gear Delta; it also affects Elden Ring, Halo Infinite, COD 2019, Sekiro, and other titles I’ve played. I own RDR2 too. My PC specs are: RTX 4060, 8GB Intel Core i5-12400F, 16GB RAM, WhatsApp Video recorded on 2025-08-28 at 8:46 PM.

Are there any overclocking or undervolting adjustments? If yes, test them again after reversing the changes. Consider using an older or newer driver—Nvidia recently released some problematic ones. Otherwise, we can't assist further without more details. Start by checking Windows EventViewer for warnings or errors.

You’d need more details about your issue so I can understand it better. The eventviewer mentioned you haven’t updated or adjusted anything before and faced problems, but there were driver changes without success. Could you share more specifics?

Your GPU or CPU could be overheating, or your power supply might be failing or malfunctioning. You can monitor temperatures using HWINFO64—while the tool is running you can view temps in a windowed setup if you have only one screen. Alternatively, stress-test the GPU/CPU with apps like Cinebench R24/R23. For the PSU, identifying the exact brand and model is straightforward.

What resolution and settings do you use in all those games? Your VRAM could be getting maxed out since those are newer games causing them to crash. It could also be your PSU as @podkall pointed out. Share your PSU information.

PSU: Yeyian Pegasus 80 PLUS Gold, modular design, 24-pin ATX, 140mm, 850W @Rockstar Arthur I run at the standard 1920x1080 resolution, using medium settings for most games. Elden Ring, Sekiro, and Code 2019 are on medium; Cyberpunk 2077 and Dark Souls 3 also fit that setting. Halo Infinite is on low since it’s the one causing frequent crashes. I kept everything at 60 fps, but when I tried to go above 100, nothing happened.

Do you have two RAM modules installed? Have you made any updates to the system's hardware or software prior to the issues beginning?

I found a RAM stick while watching a video after my system began crashing. The issue started after installing Warzone; textures failed to load, the screen froze, and closing it caused the same problems as with Halo Infinite.

Consider reinstalling or updating your NVIDIA graphics driver. Determine if your storage is an SSD or HDD, and assess the available space on that drive, as low capacity might be contributing to the problems.

I've already reinstalled the drivers. My storage is a 1-terabyte SSD with 243 GB remaining.
