Game about naval battles in a global conflict.
I've been playing this game for a week, and I truly believe it deserves my money. I'm really enjoying the experience, though I hope I won't become too dependent on it. What are your thoughts and impressions of this game? I think it would benefit from adding microphone chat in team mode to improve communication. Besides that, it's a great free-to-play title. Just a note, I run it at maximum settings and achieve smooth frames without any stuttering.
It seems you haven't reached the intense part of the game yet. Just keep going, it might not be as enjoyable at first.
I'm currently a Tier V American Carrier (Bogue) and I'm having fun exploring the game's progression with my friend. As we move up, the ship imbalances become more noticeable. Right now it's not a major problem, so I don't have strong complaints. I've mainly played Cruisers and Battleships before reaching the CV tier. My plan is to run a Destroyer down the Japanese side, but I'm not motivated enough since my current unit is only Tier 2. The main challenge is late-night matchmaking—few players online makes it tough. I've faced many Tier VI and VII ships in our Tier V games, but often encounter the same few players repeatedly. It's possible the active playerbase is under 5,000.
