This approach focuses on a different path for newcomers. Over time, they’d accumulate about 28 days of premium access. They’d land on Warspite—a tier 6 vessel that’s historically appealing—alongside other features that aren’t as critical. The recruiter receives rewards plus cashback in doubloons, covering roughly 10% of the total spend on recruits. Most operations run behind the scenes; clients don’t see details like ship locations, trajectory calculations, or exact positions. I’ve faced accusations of hacking before, which I find amusing. For someone just starting out, I’d suggest beginning with cruisers, especially IJN models, concentrating on positioning, cap importance, basic aiming, and torpedo techniques. HE is enabled by default, and they can gradually learn when to switch to AP. It’s not the most efficient method, but it’s a solid way to grasp the fundamentals. Of course, my perspective leans toward farming since I’m a cruiser specialist.
This holds true only up to tier 4, after which battleships become more crucial. Even cruisers can pose a threat to battleships if they position their armor correctly to block pens. Tiers 1 through 3 will cover the essential skills you need for aiming, capping, torpedoes, and HE firepower—giving you all the basics from the start. Most people should grasp these fundamentals, but in higher tiers it’s the ability to use armor effectively and know when to employ anti-aircraft missiles that truly sets apart the victorious from the losers, along with the extra effort involved.
It seems I act on instinct rather than careful thought, but I’m confident I can maintain a solid WR in my Zao without overcomplicating armor usage. By relying mainly on HE and prioritizing positioning and capping, I’m managing well. I know some players struggle with positioning even after thousands of battles, but I’m definitely not ununique.
It demands strong abilities and may feel challenging at first. However, with persistence and a focus on tactics, along with learning naval strategies, it transforms into an interesting and mentally stimulating experience—especially when compared to current games.
I’m taking four days off for Christmas and New Year, so I believe I’ll download it and spend some time with it.
