I’m using a Galaxy Book 4 Ultra with the specified specs and encountering an unusual problem. Even with the original 140W charger connected, the battery drains quickly during gaming in High Performance mode. It seems the laptop is drawing more power than the charger can supply.
While gaming on laptops does consume a lot of energy, I expected a 140W charger to provide stable performance. This behavior is unusual for this model—do you have any suggestions on BIOS adjustments, power settings, or driver updates that might help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 😃
