Hey, I see you're dealing with a tricky setup. The PC you're using has a pretty modern configuration, but there are some compatibility hurdles. Your main issue seems to stem from the 32-bit limitation of your Accounting Ledger software, which only supports older operating systems. After several attempts with Windows 7 and 10 in 32-bit mode, you ended up using a PS2 adapter to get into the system, but it didn't work well. Now you're trying to install Windows 10 32-bit on a different machine, which is also problematic. There aren't any drivers available for the B450M chipset in 32-bit Windows 10, which is confusing since you're using it. It might help to check if other manufacturers offer compatible drivers or consider modifying the chipset drivers yourself. Let me know if you want some guidance on that.

If you locate the required drivers, you might need to place them manually in the system32 directory. For the new motherboard, I don’t know the exact steps, but previously similar issues arose when the CPU blocked Windows installation.

Running a Windows 7/10 32-bit virtual machine appears to be a more suitable choice compared to dual-booting 32-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Running 32-bit Windows in a virtual machine becomes simpler. Virtualbox is free and includes drivers for its simulated hardware. After installing the guest additions, everything works smoothly.
