The CPU temperature measured on the PCB/IHS plate, based on cumulative core readings. The cooler has a direct impact on this reading.

Consider focusing on the actual temperature you need to monitor rather than just core or package readings.

I researched a bit. It seems the air fan exhaust might help by blowing over the Vram headsink and cooling them. Water cooling doesn’t work as well, so heat just builds up. A little airflow could make a difference. I’m not facing this issue personally because...

Absolutely. If the radiator is sending out warm air, your cooler should be absorbing that warmth. That’s a positive sign.

It looks like the temperature readings are coming from a diode close to the socket. I'm still trying to figure out exactly which one is being measured. For now, I'll use the CPU package temperature as a reference and hope everything stays safe with your FX 6300. Thanks for asking about the CPU model and overclocking experience!

FX-4350 works fine, no need for overclocking. I had a better model but a faulty PSU ended it. I had to buy something very affordable to get it running again. Honestly, I’m stuck using Windows 10 VR 18 now. I’m saving for an AMD 4 in 4 upgrade.

Hope you can install it quickly. I'm starting from an A6-3670, and I'm purchasing RAM and a motherboard together. It's a powerful approach.

I should have enough next month if those components no longer sell out. XD Ryzen 5 3600 MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max 2x8g G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 3600 will total about $400.

I worry about receiving an email and not getting a response. There are no local contacts I can reach out to for testing and checking if the part failed.
