G3258 4.8ghz vcore 1.512
I adjusted the multiplier to 48 and allowed the bios to determine the voltages, resulting in a VCORE of 1.512V. Then I reset the settings to the standard configuration. Could this have affected any components or reduced their lifespan?
I am very unlikely it has caused any harm if it was only used for a brief period.
Even if it operated continuously for some time, it might shorten the lifespan and eventually affect the CPU.
However, maintaining temperature control would allow lowering it to approximately 1.4V and around 4.6GHz, which is significantly safer.
If it starts up normally at standard or adjusted settings, you should continue without concern.
