I was on g2a and I was just about to buy something when I saw a tab that you have to put in where you're from. I'm from the UK, so that means for whatever reason it's 20% VAT. There is an option for 'Outside of the European Union' and it had 0% vat (I'm paying for Fallout 4 Pre-Order). Do you think if I choose the 0% VAT option the transaction and games will be fine? Or do you think I should suck it up and take the extra 20% VAT? I can't test this theory as I barely have any money on my card ;3 - Croum
Get a Fallout 4 with a Steam key that provides ten random keys. With so many games available on Steam
I wouldn't recommend purchasing from G2A. I attempted to buy Torchlight II there about six months ago, but the key failed and someone had already used it. I ended up getting a replacement, which took a full day. Even though a single day might seem minor, it can be frustrating for someone serious about playing the game.
I purchase only from individuals with 100% ratings and numerous reviews or directly from G2A.
I've purchased several games from G2A, Steam and Uplay keys, outside the EU, but nothing has worked out. Legally, as long as your purchase is under £15, you don't need to pay VAT, though I think it wouldn't apply to digital products regardless of price.
