Do you have a reference for this data? I'm trying to understand how you came across the information about the keys being fake and actually game codes. Many users here claim it's genuine and have bought working copies, so if those statements aren't accurate, the answer to this discussion might need adjusting.
Hello, We are a legit website, though please remember that we do not function as a typical store with games. We are a Marketplace - like eBay - where our external, independent Sellers may offer their keys. We have security means set up for the keys being posted, though we cannot guarantee 100% efficiency of this check - no security system is bulletproof. This is why we have set up a number of solutions for our Buyers to protect them from any issues with bought keys. The Resolution Center is the most commonly accessible one - it is available for everyone and it allows the Buyer to contact the Seller directly with our team managing the conversation and helping in the resolution. We also strongly recommend purchasing the Shield protection for your orders - this way we will be able to offer even more solutions with an even faster resolution of the issue. The Shield may be purchased twofold - either as a one-time protection for your offer, or as a subscription plan for a small monthly fee. If you have any further questions or doubts, keep in mind that you can always find additional information on G2A's FAQ or by contacting us on live chat or ticket. Our consultants are there for you 24/7. See you again at G2A Max G2A Team
I just bought the DOOM pre-order on G2A and I'm a bit worried. They said I might not receive the key until after the game releases, which means I won't get any of the pre-order benefits—really disappointing. I have to wait until Friday to check if the key is actually sent.

It also happens with Kinguin. I pre-ordered Battleborn. I received my key the day it was released. At first, I doubted because I paid in advance. But the key arrived within an hour. G2A follows the same pattern. About 9 out of 10 keys work well. If one is faulty, they got G2A Shield and you still saved a lot of money on the other nine.
I intended to revise this discussion—I got my key the day prior to the launch. They also provided me with two keys: one for the game and another for pre-order materials. Overall, it was a positive experience.
He’s been scammed repeatedly on G2A, even with the protection. Check AllKeyShop for the right codes.
