You can set the frame rate to 60 FPS, but it didn’t work consistently. I’ve tried with both an i5 3570 and a 970, which perform quite similarly. I spent about 10 hours working through the problems, and while it’s frustrating, saving frequently usually helps things run smoothly.

If EA had developed Fallout 4, it would likely have been seen as a failure. Everyone is struggling with it—its field of view is fixed at 60 degrees, frame rate capped at 60 FPS, it's not optimized, and overall it doesn't offer a strong gameplay experience. A few friends and observers have expressed disappointment, and I’d definitely buy it on Steam if I could get a refund.
