G-Sync with MSI Ge76 11UH and an external monitor?
Hello,
I have a laptop MSI Ge76 11UH linked to an external screen via HDMI.
I learned the MSI Ge76 doesn’t support G-Sync, but it can work with an external display connected through a Display Port, not HDMI.
However, my Dell screen only has an HDMI port and a USB C Alt port, so I connected a cable from the Dell port to the laptop’s Thunderbolt 4 port.
Do you think HDMI isn’t compatible with G-Sync and would I need a different cable?
How can I check if G-Sync is active in the Nvidia panel?

your display needs to be compatible with gsync too, but I wasn't able to locate this option on your device.
