It's usually better to have more RAM, but 16GB works fine for gaming in the short term. 32GB might be useful in 2021, though... Also, 4000Mhz RAM can be too fast for some Ryzen 3000 tasks. 3600 seems like a good balance. At least that's what my guess says...

Your system has a 3200 MHz clock speed. A 4x8 DDR4 3600 MHz kit would be suitable for that configuration.
