I have FX8320 plus Cryorig H7, but now I want to switch Cryorig H7 to Corsair H80. Is that a good idea?
FX8320 with Corsair H80 works for overclocking? What's the maximum temperature? How much overclocking should I do?

i see my perspective clearly. i purchased an h80 at a low price on ebay, but the cryorig h7 seems superior unless you opt for an h110 or above. i believe fans perform better, though it's great not to have the noise.

the h80 is an improvement, and it should raise temperatures significantly. you can't precisely determine how much a CPU can be overclocked, but if you reach 4.7ghz your maximum temps will likely be between 70-75c. that's the optimal overclock, though you might only manage around 3.7ghz, and no one knows for sure.

I prefer models with 4.5-4.7ghz and plan to use them regularly for converting multimedia files.

I’d consider a dual fan slot radiator configuration, similar to what RARRAF recommended, such as the H110, for handling 4.5+ghz loads.

Mopzeez:
H110 and DEEPCOOL MAELSTROM 240T – which one is it? And or OR?
I might not have been precise, I'm not entirely sure.
