Hi guys
I have an fx6300 and an evga 500W PSU already installed.
I don’t have the graphics card yet, but I have a good deal of R9 285 2GB.
Current setup so far:
Fx 6300
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
8GB DDR3 1866 RAM
Asus M5A97 R2 motherboard
Evga White 500W
Seagate 500GB 7200 RPM
Graphics card not yet chosen.
My question is:
Can this PSU support all of them?
If yes, how much I should upgrade for my fx6300 or stick with the original clocks?
Thanks a lot in advance.

I found this on Amazon. It seems like a decent option, though it's quite basic. It works, but not exceptional. It should be fine, but it won't stand out much for your setup. Avoid trying to modify it.

The 500W model isn't sufficient for the R9-285, so I wouldn't upgrade it. The question asks about the specific Evga 500W option.

The stock clock of the FX 6300 should work for gaming, though overclocking might be beneficial in some cases.
