I have a h100i pro rgb on sale at the local store for $70. I connected it and am currently at 5.0ghz with 1.44v, tried 5.2 but it didn’t work. I ran push pull on the front-mounted radiator and temperatures stayed under 55°C during the full load stress test.

It's one of those A+ quality silicon chips if it meets the 5GHz stress tests. I'm thinking about dusting off my old FX-8350 and giving it a try. My top speed was 4.7GHz, but I never had a good cooler for it. (212 EVO Push/Pull and Corsair H60)
Is this the cooler you're using?

Nothing unusual happened with the top choice. The unnecessary features like turbo were turned off, and the usual stuff was disabled.
