Hello,
I have the following system in place:
M5A97 R2.0
AMD FX-8350 (previously FX-6300; swapped after getting the new one for free)
Corsair Vengeance cml8gx3m2a1600c9 2x4GB (not sure why I bought these, but I think the 1600s are incorrect)
Corsair SF600 80 PLUS Gold 600W Power Supply
Nvidia Gefore GTX 780 TI

After replacing the CPU with the newer model, I was curious about the appropriate BIOS setup. I’m not sure how to optimize performance without overclocking too much and fear that keeping everything on auto might limit stock performance. I prefer not to change the RAM, just want to configure everything properly to get the best results.

Could you please suggest anything? I couldn’t find a detailed guide for BIOS settings, only frequency info.

Keep it at the stock price of 8350. The performance should be almost identical to FX6300. 1600mhz works well for this configuration.
